Metro has an energetic and vibrant team of educators, administrators, and staff devoted to helping transform students into young Christian leaders ready to shape the world community for Christ. Additionally, school leadership is committed to providing a solid and healthy Christian community for its faculty and staff consistently seeking to sharpen the iron of one another and live in unity as the body of Christ.

Metro Christian Academy partners with parents and families as they fulfill their Biblical calling to train their children in the Lord. Providing support and encouragement to parents is of the utmost importance.
These opportunities help faculty and staff to engage with our parents as we walk alongside them.

Metro Christian Academy is committed to helping our students think Biblically and grow spiritually, from the classroom to the stage to the field and beyond.
Metro provides many opportunities to engage students and shepherd them in their walk with Jesus:
• Bible courses including OT/NT survey, Life of Christ, Doctrine, Missions, Finance, and Senior Seminar
• Weekly Chapels with both in-house speakers and various local ministry leaders
• Quarterly High School Worship Nights
• Breakout sessions are a weekly ministry to come together during the break to glorify God through worship, prayer, or devotionals for high school students only.
• Spiritual formation activities and resources
• Pastoral care and counseling
• Numerous specific interest groups with specific meetings and events (FCA, mental health, Jesus club, prayer group)
