Tim Cameron – Headmaster

Mr. Tim Cameron holds a BS with honors in Science Education from Oral Roberts University and a MA with honors in Teaching Arts, Elementary and Secondary Administration and Counseling from the University of Tulsa. He taught 3 years and served as a principal 13 years in public schools. He was the former senior principal at Tulsa East Central High School (5A high school) and Sapulpa High School (6A high school), and has served at Metro as the Superintendent since 1998. Before entering public education, Tim was Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Oral Roberts University. During his public school tenure, Tim was elected to the Executive Board of the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activity Association. 
David Jackson – High School Principal
Mr. David Jackson has a BS in Biology from Oral Roberts University and a MS in Secondary Administration from Oklahoma State University. He has taught 21 years and has served as High School principal at Metro since 1999. Prior to his tenure at Metro, David was an administrator with Tulsa Public Schools. 
Bob Beard – Middle School Principal
Mr. Bob Beard holds a BS in Communications and a MA in Public School Administration both from Oral Roberts University. He taught for five years and previously served as Director of Student Activities, all at Metro. Bob was the former Director of Development for Tulsa Community College and Director ofAlumni Relations at Oral Roberts University. Bob is an alumnus of Metro, graduating in the first class.  His wife Holly is the library assistantat MCA. 
Matt Buffington – Elementary Principal
Mr. Matt Buffington holds a BS in Elementary Education from Oral Roberts University and a MA in Elementary School Administration from Northeastern State University. He taught for five years at Metro before serving as Elementary Principal, beginning in 1994. His wife LeAnne is the Health Services assistant at MCA. 
Beverly Armstrong – College Advisor & High School Counselor
Mrs. Armstrong received a BS in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in School Counseling from Northeastern State University.  Prior to joining Metro in 2009, she was employed with Broken Arrow Public Schools for 31 years in elementary, middle school, and intermediate high school.  Mrs. Armstrong received Broken Arrow's Golden Apple Award and was selected to serve on their Crisis Team.
Harold Babbitt – High School Counselor
Mr. Harold Babbitt holds a BA in History from the University of Central Oklahoma and a MS in Guidance and Counseling and Secondary Administration, both from Oklahoma State University. He has taught 43 years, joining Metro in 1997. Harold is recognized as one of the “deans” of counseling in the Tulsa area. 
Perri Blake – Science Department Chair
Mrs. Perri Blake holds a BS in Science from Oral Roberts University and a MS inMath and Science Education from the University of Tulsa. She has taught 17 years, joining Metro in 2000. Perri is a former Teacher of the Year recipient at Bixby Public Schools and Metro Christian, and is a master teacher.
Gerald Crawford – Director of Curriculum & Instruction
Mr. Gerald Crawford holds a BS in Education from Western Illinois University and a MA in History from the University of Illinois. He has taught 39 years and joined Metro in 1999. Gerald is a curriculum specialist and master Advanced Placement teacher, as well as a forerunner in social studies curriculum development and integration of technology in the classroom. Gerald was instrumental in the writing of the original Social Studies objectives for the State in PASS and yearend instructional testing.
Carole Crowder – Middle School Counselor
Mrs. Carole Crowder has a BS in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University and a MA in Secondary School Counseling from Northeastern State University. She taught 31 years andis one of the founding families of MCA, joining the faculty in 1983. 
Robby Davis – Bible Department Chair

Mr. Davis has a BA in Biblical and Theological Studies from John Brown University where he graduated Cum Laude with Honors.  He worked as a Youth Ministry Intern at First United Methodist in Tulsa and was a Student Ministries Leader while at John Brown University

Fauna Erklouts - Athletic Trainer

Mrs. Erklouts graduated from Union High School.  She received a BS in Athletic Training from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Sports Administration from Wichita State University.  She was previously the Head Athletic Trainer at Sapulpa High School and joined Metro in 2008.  She provides health and safety support for major competitive events and teaches the athletic training elective class for high school.

Roger Gerstenberger – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Roger Gerstenberger has a BA in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), both from Oral Roberts University. He wasDirector of Operations for Excel Energy Technologies and was Pastor of Church Business and Administration at Open Bible Fellowship. Before coming to Metro he was the Assistant Pastor and School Administrator for Believers Church/Marshfield Christian School in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Roger is a gifted administrator. 

Jay Hight – Athletic Director
Mr. Jay Hight has a BS in Physical Education from Northeastern State University.He has taught Physical Education at Metro and for the last four out of ten years has served as Athletic Director since 2004. Jay is also the head track coach at Metro.  
Mark Ewing - Math Department Chair

Mr. Ewing received a BS in Mathematics Education from Oral Roberts University.  He taught math for 2 years in Indonesia, 5 years at Jenks, and has been at Metro from Fall 1994 - 98 and returned in Fall 2008.  Mr. Ewing has been a diving coach, MATHCOUNTS coach, regional judge for Odyssey of the Mind, and was a Teacher of the Year at Jenks East Middle School.  At Metro he teaches AP Statistics and Geometry.

Bob McCormac - History Department Chair
Mr. McCormac received a BA in History from Carthage College in Wisconsin.  He taught History for one year at Dove Science Academy, Language Arts for one year at Union, and has taught history at Metro since Fall 2005.  Mr. McCormac teaches World History and AP World History.
Darla Holmes – Elementary Counselor

Mrs. Darla Holmes has a BS in Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma State University and is completing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from University of West Alabama.  She has taught 1st and 2nd grades for 4 years and begins her counseling career at Metro Fall 2010.  She has been in youth ministry for several years.

Tracy Myers – Director of Finance
Mrs. Tracy Myers has a BA in Accounting from Westminster College and is a Certified Public Accountant. She spent 11 years in accounting, with the last year as the CFO for Benefit Architects of the Midwest, prior to joining Metro in 2008.
Kristi Neerman – Activities Director
Mrs. Kristi Neerman has a BS in Spanish Education from the University ofOklahoma and a ME in School Administration from Northeastern State University. She taught a total of 16 years and has served as the Activities Director for Metro since 2000.
Teresa O’Donnell – Director of Development/Alumni Relations
Mrs. Teresa O’Donnell has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a MBA from the University of Tulsa. She has a background in marketing and public relations as a previous Director of Public Relations for Oklahoma Special Olympics, and the manager of a product marketing team for Vyvx, Inc - the broadcast television division of the former Wiltel Communications. She has served as Director of Development at Metro since 2004.
Dody Patrock – Health & Safety Director
Ms. Dody Patrock has a BS in Nursing from Baylor University and a MS in Clinical Nurse Specialist Track from the University of Oklahoma. She worked for 19 years at several Tulsa Hospitals, including Children’s Medical Center and Laureate, and has served as the Director of Health Care for Metro since 2001.

Kathy Pile – English Department Chair

Mrs. Kathy Pile has a BS in Education and a MA in Composition/Linguistics both from Emporia State University. She has taught on the college level at Tulsa University and Tulsa Junior College and worked in technical editing and writing inthe corporate world, most recently with Williams Communications, and was director of publication at PennWell Publishing all over the past 25 years.  She has served as the English chair at Metro since 2002 and teaches Advanced Placement Senior English.
Nancy Stubblefield – Director of Diagnostic Instruction Center
Mrs. Nancy Stubblefield has a BS in Special Education from Oklahoma State University and a MA in Special Education from the University of Tulsa. She had five years teaching experience before moving to Metro in 1984.   Nancy has served as Director of the DIC since 1995 and is one of four founding faculty members still at MCA.
Jane Ward – Media Specialist 
Mrs. Jane Ward has a BA in English from the University of Arkansas and a MA in Library and Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She has taught for seven years prior to joining Metro in 1983, as the Librarian. Jane is one of our founding faculty members.
